Zentangle art is meditative, easy to learn, relaxing and a fun way to create beautiful images by drawing structured patterns.\nYou will create beautiful images, enjoy increased focus, creativity and a wonderful sense of relaxation and well-being.\nTangle along with us for a fun afternoon. Bring your sense of adventure, artistic heart, you own snacks (the bar will be open for beverages) and a friend or two. We will provide everything you need to create and relax. As well as your own zentangle kit to take home.\nThis 3-hour workshop is an introduction to meditation through art. No skills required.
